Programas

Students in the Juniper program are emerging communicators, with a strong focus on developing functional communication skills. Opportunities to build tolerance and engagement in daily routines and educational activities are embedded throughout their daily schedule, along with learning as a group and safely accessing the community. We love watching our students grow in confidence and form meaningful relationships with peers and instructors as their communication skills begin to flourish.

What do you love about TJS: TJS is a place where every student is truly seen and supported as they access their education and experience the community in meaningful ways. Working alongside people who give their hearts to creating a safe, nurturing environment for our students is both an honor and a privilege. Joy is found in the small moments and the big milestones alike, making each day genuinely special.

Favorite TJS Philosophy: Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.

Favorite Things To Do Outside of TJS: I love laughing and spending time with my family, listening to music, cooking and enjoying good food, getting into home improvement and interior design projects, and watching reality TV.

Parent Testimonials

Since my son started at TJS a year ago, he has made so many strides! The staff really seem to care about him and work hard everyday to make sure he is safe. His regulation skills and daily living skills have significantly improved, and we've seen such a difference in his demeanor since beginning at TJS. He is always happy to go to school and see his teachers and peers, and that is the most comforting feeling as a parent. We went from hearing mostly negative feedback from his previous school to hearing a tremendous amount of positive feedback from TJS everyday. This school has really bettered all of our lives and we couldn't be more grateful!
